Jared R Chaffee, I use my notes app to keep track of meeting notes, and I’ll add each new meeting’s notes on top of the last, and organize them into different categories, like “About”—useful facts about my client to include in the content, “Action Items For Me”—what I need to get done before our next meeting, “Action Items for X”—what they need to get done before the next meeting. I also used to use the Notes app to create task lists each day, but now I have a physical planner that I use instead. Lastly, I have a note for “Article Ideas” and I’ll include photos/screenshots of topics I read about that I want to write an article on.

As for Trello, I definitely haven’t mastered it yet. I can understand how it’s useful but as of now my physical planner is killing it for me. I’ve never been more productive or organized.
