A Simple Reminder That You Are Nothing (An Incredible Insight)
You are nothing but the breath in your lungs.
Nothing.
In 18 months of traveling, I have given up almost everything I own. My life fits in a carry on suitcase-and I find it incredibly hard to want to ever live a “normal” lifestyle again.
Owning material items has started to seem like a burden, a chain keeping you tied to one place, a weight keeping you from fully breathing.
Yet, we’re all nothing but a breath, breath so lost in purpose that it clings to the weight, unknowing that the weight is chaining it to the ground.
Come back to what is true.
You are a breath. I am a breath. We are a collective breath.
And absolutely nothing else.
